D4 "Close Mic Jazz" was the baseline configuration, with some accentuated mechanical noises, and with the Wear slider moved modestly into the non-zero range.  Also the mastering added some intentional pseudo-analog artifacts to the entire mix; any noticeable harmonic distortion in parts of the piano sound is coming from the mastering chain rather than from Pianoteq.
