			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello David,</p><p>Congratulations on your being the proud owner of the oldest &quot;electronic&quot; piano in the world.&nbsp; &nbsp;Maybe, some day, #53795 will find its way into the Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C. or the QRS Hall of Fame. </p><p>All kidding aside, I really enjoyed how you documented this project with illustrative photography and clearly-written narrative.&nbsp; You can be proud of your accomplishment!&nbsp; A doctor neighbor of mine owns an old 120+ year old Model F that was in his family since new.&nbsp; Truly, the sound is &quot;in your face&quot; when you play it!</p><p>Cheers,</p><p>Joe</p>]]></content>
