But on Mac OS X I cannot see the metadata nor search for it in Spotlight. Tried to hack Flashlight for El Capitan since it is not supported but gave up ...

I'd love to find a composer or piece in Spotlight, doubleclick the MIDI file and let it play by PianoTeq. What do you think?
