They do have flat dynamics by default (Dynamics slider is set to 0 dB).

Is there a way on the harpsichord instruments to turn off the dynamics so that they have a flat response, without varying volume responding to the velocity of the keystroke? (Which I think is the way that all traditional harpsichord's work)

I understand that I can make a flat velocity response curve and load it each time.
