Must be a tablet specific hardware setting issue. I suggest you search for solutions to the general problem (indep. of PTQ), e.g., gg:surface pro 4 no sound headphone jack.

I listened to the sound through the onboard speakers on my SP 4.

In other threads where you asked about latency and midi playback, how did you listen to the output then?

Hi Steve,

I can't. The audio jack is shut off by PTQ when I'm playing into it. No matter what settings I change, I cannot get any sound out of my audio jack when PTQ is running.

That's an odd one. How do you get sound to your amp when using Pianoteq with speakers?

Hi Everyone,

I cannot listen to Pianoteq through headphones.

Pianoteq is taking exclusive control of my playback device, even if I turn off "Allow applications to take control of this device".

I can play back the saved WAV file through headphones, but cannot hear it live through headphones.

I've tried changing the audio setting in Pianoteq, and even disabled my audio device on my Surface Pro 4, but nothing works.

Any thoughts?
