Yeah, it happened to me too. Support reset it. Hope it gets done in time for your GIg.

Welcome to the forum and stop worrying, you can relax for sure ;) More or less the same things happen sometimes with people and they are always being solved by support fast and painlessly as far as I know about it.

Hello guys, I'm sure it happens a lot, I just formated my pc and didn't read the instructions of license management and I thought I should deactivate my old pc license after format and installing a new operational system. And so I did. Now I can't activate Pianoteq on my only laptop and I have a gig tomorrow. I can't play without Pianoteq.
I already sent an e-mail to support. They will help me or I will have to buy another license?
I'm so upset!
