So I'm now realising that every midi file I create in Pianoteq, whether its 3/4 or 4/4 or 90 bpm opens in Sonar at 120bpm and 4/4 no matter what.I installed Cubase trial version and its the same thing. Can anyone help me with an idea to rectify this

I use pianoteq to write ideas and improvise save as a midi then open in Sonar X3.This bpm of this piece of music is 91( roughly its timing is a bit all over the place) but when I open it in Sonar it is so much slower. If I open the file straight into sonar it loads it at 100 bom but it's slower. If I create a new project and import midi I have t crank the bpm up to about 125 to even get it close to the right speed. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it.
Thanks Justin
