David Foster's on Wintergames
Dave Grusin on several songs
David Benoit ditto
Joe Jackson on some songs

obviously those sounds have been equalized to fit in those particular recordings, so they might not even sound that nice in a solo setting...

I'm not thinking of the songs here, but instead the sound of the piano. 

The ones I'm listing all have very different timbres  and micing distances, and please don't think I'm saying that the songs are remotely similar. I'm just talking about the sound of the piano.

Some that are strong for me, in no particular order:

Joni Mitchell. Blue. (The entire album.)
Natalie Merchant. Live in New York. (The entire album, although the piano only comes in on a few songs.) 
Jackson Browne. For Everyman. (The entire album.)
Sarah McLachlan. "The Arms of an Angel"
The Beatles. McCartney playing "Let It Be"
Derek and the Dominoes. Jim Gordon's piano part on "Layla."
