• Tried both the regular AU and the Automap version of the AU

• When switching to a different keymap (12 out of 19 for example), the piano sounds tinny and does not change mappings at all.

• the standalone app works perfectly, however, I am unable to do any experiments in relative key mapping without the ability to record alternate maps in logic.

relaunching/rebooting made no difference
creating fresh session made no difference

any solution would be appreciated

re-selecting 'equal temperament' allows the piano to resume the chosen keymap.  However, relaunching Logic and opening the same session drops it back into the error state.
