The question is what to do with the Pianoteq presets that don't use the linear 0-127 curve...

I think you will have a very good base with your VPC1.
I still continue to think that the best way to go is to adapt our hands to the sound instead of waiting to find the perfect curve.

However, this thread raised a question in my head. I assume that the build in velocity curve modifies the outgoing midi signals, right? In this case above adjustments kind of change the value on top?

The above creates a much more level playing feild. There maybe need to alter pianoteq's velocity curve to taste.
