I'll try. Since I start playing quite a lot one day I felt that the f-ff range lacks some dynamics while learning some piece. I increase the dynamics slightly in that range and it nicely made pp-mp range more compressed. I'm not 100% sure I'll stick to it, by I'd like to experiment a little bit.

Velocity = [0, 80, 98, 114, 127; 0, 69, 86, 107, 127]

Though I still have no clue what do people mean modifying the curve slightly in both directions throughout the whole range.

You have, perhaps, changed your mind about using velocity curves? As someone who never uses them, may I ask why?
