Studilogic's SAV doesn't reply to my messages.

Well, I got even several answers. I requested switchable polarity for being able to use my DP-10 as simple sustain switch in jack 1 and an expression pedal in jack 2 but they haven't offered an update yet.

The dealer enabled me to replace my Acuna by the Casio CDP-130 for a small discount after several months since I prefer the action, it's even a bit lighter and has some backup sounds. I don't need a masterkeyboard, just a MIDI to host interface for playing Pianoteq. Unfortunately the CDP-130 makes signal tones when selecting certain sounds and it does not allow half pedalling! For that reason I'll build myself a merge box sooner or later. If you also consider replacing the Acuna the same way I did check out the CDP-120 as well. It has just 5 sounds instead of 10, the action is said to be identical, the string sound is said to be worse, but from what I saw on youtube it doesn't make signal tones when selecting sounds. The sounds of both just have backup quality anyway and maybe I would rate not having that signal tone higher now. BTW, I consulted Casio already and maybe they'll sort that out.

EDIT: Just to make it clear: The signal tone only appears when selecting the INTERNAL sounds of the CDP-130, not when using software and other MIDI devices.

Yes, that is very likely. Following online reports Studiologic is famous for lousy electronics. I used the Acuna with the DP-10 as well and also observed permanent CC#64 messages. Anyway, a friend of mine who also has the Acuna is complaining about strange MIDI messages as well.

The same behaviour without pedal pluged inside shows us than the problem comes from the keyboard.

Yes, that is very likely. Following online reports Studiologic is famous for lousy electronics. I used the Acuna with the DP-10 as well and also observed permanent CC#64 messages. But I was not sure if it came from the Acuna or the pedal. Maybe the potentiometer inside the pedal was not calibrated. It didn't bother me since it wasn't audible. From which manufacturer is the pedal and which model?

Pedals work very well with other keyboards. The problem is not the pedal but the keyboard.
When i plug a simple jack like this model, i have the same problem !

When i move the keyboard pitchbend (not set on CC#64) or when i press one keyboard's buton, the CC#64 messages show they increase or decrease CC#64 data !

I have got a Roland DP-10 (sustain pedal)  and one VP27  (Volume / Expression Pedal).

The problem is Acuna sends every 3-5 seconds some CC#64 messages without touching my pedal. with two active zones, Pianoteq MIDI monitor shows:
