if somebody considers buying Pianoteq somewhere else just to save some bucks - be warned.

I bought Pianoteq at JRRShop and asked them if they take part in the promotion which the confirmed. After I bought an upgrade to Standard no reply to any mails regarding the addon.

Also Modartt isn't really helpful in this case as the say its completely up to their distributors. In an older post here I've read that somebody did the same last year and at least was helped by Modartt in this situation.

So overall suggestion - only buy here if you want the addon or any help from Modartt.

EDIT: Got a feedback from JRRShop stating that after registering the upgrade the addon should be selectable which is not the case. The only way to add an addon is via serial for an addon which I don't have. Well...lets see how the ball bounces back and forth....

EDIT2: After a lot communication with more people on this globe Modartt finally decided to provide the addon.
