This launches the edit window in the Pro version. You could also double-click the button the open this window.

I'm not running Pro version, though. I have Standard which is why I believe this may be a UI bug.

I noticed the same thing and wondered if the detune on the note edit window on Standard was affecting the unison balance?

Editing parameters like unison width/balance on a per-note basis is a feature exclusive to Pianoteq Pro, as far as I know. I guess the button not being hidden in Standard is a slight UI bug. However, the note edit window in Standard allows only detuning and volume corrections on a per-note basis.
