Reinstate Stage for license transfer?

I bought Stage 4.5 by license transfer and it is now registered to me. This version had been transferred before so I now cannot make a further transfer.

My question is this. If I now pay for the Stage 4.5 to 5 upgrade will it (should I decide to sell) allow a license transfer?
