Beemer, first item must be "Upgrade Pianoteq (version 1 to 4) to version 5". This is what you need

There was apparently an issue with Internet Explorer on that page. If you try again it should work now, sorry for that.

Try another browser. I'm using Safari on OSX and there is no problem downloading the installer.

It seems I have the same problem. I own Pianoteq Standard since 1month, so I should be able to free upgrade. But when I click the yellow arrow "Download the latest version:5" in the user area, nothing happens (except a short blinking of the icon in the tab-headline). When I open then PT, I only get the old version. What do I wrong? Thanks.

As I know yes - IF you registered Pianoteq after 1st of March 2014.

I registered my version in April and there was v5 available in my account.

I do not see an option to upgrade my Pianoteq Stage 4.5 to Pianoteq Stage 5.
