Seriously. It sounds like the sound banks of my entry-level Korg. Not too bad, for an empty level keyboard, but so impersonal...

Ivory is really good, though, and the imperfect Fazioli still has its say, even if this latter lack a little bit of "body" (difficult to explain).

PTQ is a little lacking in the high-range, IMHO, while it has no rivals for low-range notes and all the resonance effect.

Round II. Vsti comparison.

Let’s compare Pt4 with different virtual instruments. For that purpose Schumann’s Symphonic etudes are a perfect material. 2 sampled pianos (Imperfect samples Fazioli and Ivory 1 German Concert Grand D), 1 hybrid (True Pianos Atlantis module) and 1 full physically modelled piano (Pianoteq 4.5 Bluthner add-on). The same midi-file, 12 excerpts from different variations.
