Just hit the play button on the left ( its already loaded...)
also underneath the title is a small drop down arrow, click on that to see what you've played.....really cool

I downloaded the trial and was able to play the included performance demo. However after I stopped it playing I see no way to get it to play again even after restarting Pianoteq demo.
