Numa Compact will not store my Velocity Curve setting?!

I've stored velocity curve in a preset but it won't store.

I am following the manual for storing

1.setting my parameters (in this case the Velocity Curve)
2.setting a location
3.storing

when I change to the other preset and back, or power off/on my changes weren't saved (only sound, layer, effects are saved).

Can anyone tell me if this is a fault with the keyboard or an error in instruction manual :-)
