I just purchased a brand new Yamaha p35 for my daughter and it has keys that are not working.
All G and C#.

Strange!
They worked to start with and after trying a few functions they stopped.

I tried to do a full reset with B1 & start together. But it does not seem to work. (Unless I am doing it wrong)...

Please advice greatly needed since it is her birthday today and all helplines closed.
