Please contact us at http://www.pianoteq.com/bug_report with a bit more informations about your configuration, tell us if you have other pro tools sessions that use pianoteq and that load fine, and which pianoteq preset (if you recall) is used in that session.

and also, if possible, it could be useful that you send us the pro tools session file, in order to help us to reproduce that issue.

I get this error message when trying to open a Pro Tools 10.3.7 session with pianoteq 4.5.2. Then the sessions closes. What can I do?
