Thankfully, if you deselect "All banks" button, you can select exactly which banks you want to show in the preset management window.

The last preset you've loaded before quitting Pianoteq will be loaded upon next start, at least in standalone.

Can I make one of my presets come up as the default preset when I load Pianoteq?  (4.5.1 Standard)
  I guess I could refer to the manual...:)   It's just that everything else I've wanted to do with Pianoteq has been so intuitive!
