Bumping this old thread... the solution i found for my M-audio Oxygen88 is to simply plug the half-damper pedal into the expression pedal connector, and assign it to CC #64 (damper pedal) ...works perfectly.

Delt, could you tell me what pedal you use? Is it the m-audio pedal that comes with your Oxygen88? Or an SP2?

I use the MidiSolutions Pedal Controller with a Yamaha FC3 continuous pedal added to my old P-80 Yamaha keyboard. Expensive but works great!

Hello. I use a Yamaha KX-8 as a controller. I use a Roland DP-10 pedal for on/off substain pedal. This pedal offer continuous controller but the Yamaha KX-8 don't have continuous controller input. Do you have some suggestions for controllers (88 notes) that accept my Roland DP-10 pedal as a continuous controller substain pedal ?

I use Studiologic acuna 88 with DP-10. Work great.

My guess is that you'd want a module that connects the pedal directly to the computer without using the keyboard, then you could use both as individual midi devices in pianoteq.
