I created a user preset bank, assigned MIDI program change messages to the individual presets and saved the MIDI bindings. Everything works well until I close the application. When I reopen Pianoteq, the presets do not get loaded by sending the MIDI messages. I manually have to open the bank in the preset manager window once and then the bindings work.

Is this normal behaviour? How can I load the user bank automatically on startup?

I'm using the latest version 4.5.1 as Audio Unit on OSX with Max/MSP as host.
