Have a little query that I thought might be interesting. I'm wondering about users' different mic settings in Pianoteq.

What settings do you prefer and why?

When I started using Pianoteq, I loved the close mic setting, almost with the philosophy "the closer the better", but perhaps with one room mic for ambience.

I have gradually moved the two front mics further and further away from the piano, and have ended up with a very spacious sound, preferably with one or two ambience mics for a fuller sound.

The mic feature could perhaps be expanded, letting you choose mics and so on. Would be fun to try old school, retro mics for a different sound, for example.
