Well, I don't know if I can help but a step in the right direction would be for you to tell us what entries you have for the following ...

ACTIVE OUTPUT DEVICE

DEVICE

ACTIVE OUTPUT CHANNELS

You will see those if you go into OPTIONS in the upper right hand side of Pianoteq.

I figured out the problem : i have installed the ASIO driver, but the problem comes from it. When I use it, there is no sound, but when I use the built in audio device, it works, but with a lot of latency ...

What can I do to make the ASIO4All driver works =s ??

You have not installed the asio drivers

I'm on a laptop, and I use Windows 8, with the built in speakers. I have no sound problems with others softwares =s.

Hello ! I just download the trial version of PianoTeq to see if it's worth the price, but I can't get any sound out of it.
I plugged my keyboard to it, and the VU Meter DOES recognize it, but still no sound. I tried playing the demo (Blues Demo), and yeah it's playing but with no sound ...

What can I do ? Thanks.
