Thanks Niklas and Modartt developpers, you solved my problem.
So it was a problem of permissions allowed in Windows Users section,
something went wrong when I cloned the old hard disk to the ssd, in order to not reinstall windows.
I allowed all permissions in my user account, and now it works very well.

Ok, I've just asked the Pianoteq support team,
I hope you'll find the solution, but you probably can because you are sofware developpers.
The problem may be related to the windows settings who have been automatically changed, when I replaced the hard disk for a ssd.

Since I changed my laptop's hard drive for a ssd, everytime I open Pianoteq I have to activate it another time.
It's a problem because if I'm in a place where there's no internet connection, I can't use Pianoteq.

Is there a setting I should change in the OS ? I'm on windows 7.
