My very first post here on this forum

I wanted to let you know that according to Mike Martin of Casio America, their latest DP series keybed incorporate 14 bit resolution velocity sensors (vs. 7 bit std) and they map this high-res velocity to Midi CC#88. Since these Casio DPs are relatively very inexpensive, this will make them the most economical way to control Pianoteq's high resolution MIDI. The VAX77 is another choice but of course it is much more expensive than the Casios.

Can't wait to try the new PX-x50. If the action has been markedly improved from the PX-x30, I will probably get one.
