Ohhhnnn....5 studio monitors cost a fortune...

I want to know about pianoteq users who added a 5.1 system for the PC:

1-What soundsystem are you using?
2-How is the quality? How far in terms of timbre quality for piano softwares compared to a studio monitor?
3-What is the desavantages?
4-Is that really good for convolution reverb recreation of acoustic environments?
5-How expansive it was?

Isn't it necessary to have a soundcard that supports 5.1 first of all?

Wouldn't the best 5.1 studio system be a system of 5 studiomonitors and a subb?

Just for curiosity, cause I do not really want to buy a large 5.1 system now. But how to check the sound quality of a given product, like a 5.1 system ?

5.1 small kits for PC are the worst thing created by man in the last 100 years. 100% Worthless... It's not worth even try pianoteq 5.1 sound or any good digital piano software in a system like that, unless you like your ears to blead.

But how good or bad it's a system like that for pianoteq:

I'm sure the model of the link have no flat response, so it's clear noway like good sound monitors or even close.
Does anyones know a 5.1 system with flat response ??? I bet it would cost a fortune...

I just want to understand how worth can be a 5.1 system for pianoteq... How 5.1 advantages compared to a great stereo sound?
Would you sacrifice a flat response of a great stereo for a not so great sound reproduction in change of 3D sound of a 5.1 system?
