The CMC units only control up to 8 midi cc's (on the CMC-QC), as far as I can tell , but they are compact and can be linked. New price is $99 each:

Mapped to Cubase, of course, but the virtual controls can be mapped to midi cc's, letting one control PianoTeq parameters. (Yes, I wish they cost still less...)
