You aren't supposed to disable the licence before you format your computer at all...


When you click on "Activations" button in User Area, it clearly states:


"If you only do a system reinstall or upgrade, there is normally no need to deactivate. Please be careful. You will NOT be able to activate again with a deactivated hardware."


Please contact Modartt support and explain them it was an honest mistake
