I suggest that you turn directly to our support team (using the support form) to get a more prompt assistance. Also give us a detailed description of your problem (exactly which versions you used, which presets, which settings...).

2.2 update NOT an improvement here

I absolutely LOVE Pianoteq. It is the only acoustic piano VSTi I use anymore. When I first heard it at NAMM I instantly fell in love.

However, on my system the 2.2 update was a step backwards. The CPU usage was higher and the sound was missing that special magic. So I've gone back to the version from January 10, 2008. It sounds and performs gloriously.

I have been a beta tester and pro user for many products for many years. What changed in the 2.2 version?
