Apologies if I am asking for info that has been said many times before.  I just purchased Pro tools 9 MP and wish to try and get pianoteq working within.  I also have installed Altiverb by Audioease and this plugin shows up fine under the "Reverb" list.  I am not able to see Pianoteq anywhere but perhaps I am not looking in the right place.  Currently I am looking under the "inserts A-E J-F" menu which lists of course other instruments and plugins but annoyingly no sign.

If I look in my Program files folder in windows the Pianoteq dll is there in the steinberg folder.

Any ideas? Being new to pro tools I am perhaps being stupid and looking in the wrong place....
