Velocity = [20, 39, 61, 71, 84, 98, 113, 127; 0, 15, 33, 52, 70, 88, 108, 127]

Sibelius 6.2's MIDI playback dictionary defines score dynamic markings, and the corresponding MIDI velocity values, as:

ppp 20
pp 39
p 61
mp 71
mf 84
f 98
ff 113
fff 127

Therefore I have mapped these values to Pianoteq values according to what I can discern from the velocity graph in Pianoteq 3.6.7
