You can use any AU plugin (effect or instrument) in GB. Create a new track (ore use the default one), select it and click on the info panel on the right (just double click the track). You'll see two tabs; click on the second one on the right (composition? not sure 'cause mine is localized in italian) and you'll see a instrument slot and several effect slot; click on the first menu (there should be the standard GB piano) and in the lower part you'l see all AU plugins installed on your computer.

Is there any way to use Pianoteq in Garageband? GB piano sounds are not great, would be great to be able to access Pianoteq while building stuff in it...
