Create a new track (ore use the default one), select it and click on the info panel on the right (just double click the track). You'll see two tabs; click on the second one on the right (composition? not sure 'cause mine is localized in italian) and you'll see a instrument slot and several effect slot; click on the first menu (there should be the standard GB piano) and in the lower part you'l see all AU plugins installed on your computer.
