Deep discussion... near philosophic...

Well, I started about NICE as the day by day perception, the kindness when we approuch someone, based in this forum usual good relations, and youtube relations in videos about piano.

Well... morals can be quite relative. Remamber that a hero one one people or some era is the butcher of other. A gaz chamber operator may believe he is protecting society and childrens, when he execute a serial killer or serial raper, just like a cop or a soldier may think.

I will not enter much in wars and leaders, but humanity usually wasn't educated to think very cleary, but to follow, to take a idea that was imposed since childhood. Patriotism and religions are often like that.

The brain have a strange capability of split moral to different standarts of judment in a person. Someone can perfectly coherently judge something of day by day, like that is right take the newspaper and pay for it, or allow a elder fragile person to get the seat in a bus, or that women can also eat cake.
But when politics, patriotism and religion take comand... The nice sence of right & wrong and justice get distorted, and people may steal or do not sell a nespaper for someone of some ethnic, or maybe reserve the bus seats for only people of some color, or make of his own wife a meatcake if she do not honor hin as his master.

If you will judge every prejudice as pure evil, you will need to consider your ancestors a bunch of &*@%$#*/¨$!=. Culture and society, in terms of rationality was really such bunch.
You could built a time machine, get a three dozens of High end war planes, a lot of digital laser guided missiles, and bomb your grand-grand-grand-grand-grand... fathers for the invasion, killing and torture of natives they did in colonies, and for the sexism against women.

Now imagine the world as today, with the values of today about justice. Do you think is okey, acceptable?
Well... wait 200 years to find out what people in future will think of civilization and values of today.

Well, where piano fits in all this ???
Maybe piano can make the favor of sent most of the sickness away, at least when working on the music, playing, studing. Make the favor of forget someones color, politics, nationality, religion, and just talk about the music. Makes the favor of send the irrationality away at least for some time, as concentrates the mind's effort in the logic.
Maybe it's this exercise that makes piano people nicer, or at least polished...

Yeah, ok... I have to accept that sometimes some people are just being polished.
Like a british joke:

In a duel a man confuses his pistol with a sprinkler, making his opponent completely wet and ridiculous. Embarrassed, he says:

_I'm deeply sorry Sr. Believe me, I would never dare to wet you this way. I was just trying to kill you.

Yeah, maybe it's my bad for equating "niceness" with having a genuinely good nature.

Personality can be quite superficial, ever hear of "southern hospitality?" All sorts of people are "nice" until you cross them, or aren't the right colour or belong to the wrong political affiliation. I think we'd be a lot better off by judging people based on character rather than pithy social mores that are -- as often as not -- a fraudulent and misleading way for greedy, selfish, or even downright evil people, to get in your good graces. I'm very suspicious of when people are too nice, I'd rather they were real.

The embodiment of evil, Hitler, loved children (at least if they met his sick ideas of race), and when he played with them, they would have called him nice. The world is full of people doing monstrous things but who are nice to others who don't suffer from what they do.
Finally let me say I'm sure nobody here thinks the postulation contained in the headline is valid for everybody.
So you are right about the absence of any correlation between playing the piano and moral, but this is just an incidental remark, if not off-topic, and doesn't prove people who play the piano are not nicer.
Have an, um, nice day!

This reminds me of an brilliant little routine that Seinfeld did about how ladies impress the men, and how men impress the ladies. The ladies can do all kinds of things to make themselves look attractive.
