Have you actually built a prototype yet? That looks like a CAD drawing. ;^)

I haven't built a full prototype yet, but I have checked the fitting with lego and it fits perfectly!

I'm off to make the prototype after the folllowing posts are added below...

Very cool indeed. This could be a solution to mount the Casio 3-pedal unit! ;^) (this pedal unit is pre-mounted in a wide strut that has to be used with the Casio "furniture" stand. If the pedal assembly is removed from this strut, it doesn't sit on the floor properly)
