No. You activate once per installation If you have 3 installations and want to move one to a 4th computer, you have to deactivate one of the previous installations.

Our upgrade policy, mentioned in the sales conditions, states that all customers have one year of free upgrades of the same product after the first activation. After that, it will be possible to upgrade for a reasonable price. We cannot tell right now exactly how the pricing and upgrade options will look like for forthcoming major versions.
