This is surely way off topic (not a Pianoteq issue) but may be of interest to musicians using Pianoteq.

Several years ago, a musician from Romania often came to a forum site I frequented and offered his wave files free of charge and invited anyone to DL them. They consist of high quality wave files of literally hundreds of various percussion instruments. They include snare, hi-hat, kick, bass, ride, snare, etc. sounds in addition to a considerable number of ethnic percussion instruments.

He passed away shortly after, but I DL'd a number of RAR files containing waves of these sounds.

There are literally hundreds of good quality samples, and if anyone here can make use of them, I will post them on box.net for downloading.

Glenn
