thank you so much Carmelo! i wish i could take credit for "discovering" the possibilities of the tune but i think i have to credit Keith Jarrett for that still i love this song and it's one of my favorites by her. i will look for others to try.

thank you so much Ken! yes the style is definitely a bit hybrid, i can't really play straight rock piano but i did try to keep it more under control than some of the jazz offerings. i'm glad you liked the first section
