I typed pianoteq manual into Google, opened the page and selected archive, export as pdf (in Safari)

Worked fine.

You could probably get Claude or ChatGPT to crawl the site and build you a PDF

Actually it’s just a single large HTML page, you could just save as PDF, have you tried this?
