For me, as a musician, these two instruments complement each other pleasantly. It's like driving two different cars, each with slightly different handling (different articulations on the harpsichord and organ).

Great performance! The contrast in articulation between the organ and the harpsichord is brilliant here. It really highlights the versatility of Bach's writing, and your touch on both instruments is excellent.

Nice idea, this alternating. I have been using organteq and Pianoteq together at the same time but not this alternating.
