Is there a solution in this case or is it a bug that has yet to be fixed? Thanks.

It seems that this problem was caused by key switches or an unsuitable kbm file.

Wow, didn't notice that. I always thought it got triggered at the extreme sides but indeed I checked and it does not. It doesn't seem to be much of a solution as those MIDI notes remain unavailable in Pianoteq even when expanding the original instrument range. That's a little bit weird! This means that the 'extended layout' function in keyboard mappings reportedly saying 'for up to 16*128 notes' is also not true. I hope that Modartt will bring the extended range at the normal 0-127 if that's not already there somewhere.

Pianoteq does not play MIDI notes 0-8 and 114-127, even when the extended range of an instrument is selected. This is a problem in microtonal tunings which often require all the 128 notes on a MIDI channel (as triggers). Is it possible to enable the full range, and if not, could it be implemented in a future update?
(MIDI keyboards do send out these notes with the exception of digital pianos without octave switches.)
