At least at the time neither the keyboard&#039;s software menus nor the pianoteq midi display indicated the sometimes-claimed high res/14 bit velocity midi. I passed because of that, and because a high b flat was not responding quite right on the floor model. My sharing this information here on this forum was met with claims that the keyboard indeed supports high res midi protocol, but I still have not seen a Pianoteq screenshot or other proof confirming that, so... Maybe it does but didnt back then? The action felt good to be fair to the yamaha fans, and the sound quality of the keyboard was also good, although it was not the best keyboard action I have felt. Check out higher cost nord and probably the other main brands&#039; work stations for the midifeature-action-sounds trifecta.</p>]]></description>
