Have you noticed the new feature, velocity offset?
It seems incredible to me, I asked for something similar in this forum in 2022 (to move the velocity curve vertically, a bit like the velocity processor in Mainstage allows).
This feature works in a more sophisticated way, but it's even better than I imagined. I've already mapped it to a midi controller, I can't imagine doing without it anymore.

Have any of you noticed o tried it?

Yes I like it, it is an excellent tool. I just regret the red line "velocity offset" Is not always visible.
