Thank you. I found the correct version for PianoTeq8 and it worked perfectly. And I just learned PianoTeq9 is now available for the iPad!!

The file you downloaded is for Pianoteq 9. For Pianoteq 8 you need to get it from the legacy section https://www.modartt.com/pianoteq_legacy
