			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I believe, though I can&#039;t say with absolute certainty, that&#039;s the UI indicator that the organ state is updating in the background relative to the two windows, such that there will likely always be a few milliseconds that state changes propagate through the multi-window interface and end up being repainted.&nbsp; Note that the animation ends just as the rest of the main UI &quot;catches up&quot; to the change.</p><p>So, not likely a bug.&nbsp; My guess as to why two different UI behaviors is that it&#039;s an OS-related difference or a graphics card brand/driver difference, not a functionality difference.&nbsp; I&#039;m not in a great position to test further, at the moment, but in a few hours I might be able to take a few minutes to look at how it behaves on my machine more closely.</p>]]></content>
