This is neither a morphed or layered piano , therefore the split point facility that works with combination of two instruments does not work with such a preset . Maybe there is a different option that I am unaware of as I have to admit I never use these type of instrument as I consider a standard Steinway grand piano as an orchestral instrument , but I can understand fhe use of such presets in a cinematic context.

Hello, one way to create a split instrument is explained in the FAQ:

How can I split two different pianos in Pianoteq Standard/Pro?
Please follow these steps in this order: Load the first preset you want, e.g. "Blüthner Improv". Click on the Note Edit button or double-click the Volume slider. Select Volume. Lower the volume to minimum on note C#3 and up. Save the preset. Load the second preset you want, e.g. "Grotrian Prelude". Lower the volume to minimum on note C3 and down. Click on the "Morph / Layers" button. Click on the Layers button. Set the volume to 50/50 on both instruments. Load the edited Blüthner Improv as first instrument. Load the edited Grotrian Prelude as second instrument. You can now save the layer and start playing.

Basically you just have two tracks with two instances of Pianoteq and filter the midi notes for each track.
