			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Like other have suggested, you are supposed to double-click the &quot;Install Pianoteq 8&quot; icon in Finder.&nbsp; That will launch the installer wizard.</p><p>Do not drag it to Applications folder.&nbsp; Do not try to run it in terminal.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi all.</p><p>Thanks for the replies.</p><p>Your step-by-step instructions were useful to confirm that I was trying to use the installer correctly.</p><p>I&#039;m on a Mac mini 2023 running sequoia 15.5.</p><p>If I open the installer app from the terminal, I can get the more specific sounding but equally generic error:<br />_LSOpenURLsWithCompletionHandler() failed with error -10810.</p><p>I have pianoteq installed on Linux ok, so this is a just a FYI that there may be a compatibility issue with the installer app on the very latest patch of sequoia.</p><p>Best wishes.</p>]]></content>
